Permission Set Grant Reports

IFS Cloud provides reports that have a comprehensive view of the organization's Permission Set setup and the users that are granted access. These Reports include:

  • End User Roles Connected to All Roles
  • Users connected to All Roles

The purpose of these reports is to assist internal and external auditors in ensuring that users have the appropriate access rights, while also identifying and mitigating potential security risks.

To Order Reports

  1. Navigate to Permission Set Grant Reports Order Reports

  2. Select Generate and View Reports to view the data as a quick report. Order Reports

  3. Select Generate and Export Reports to download the result set in Excel format.
