IFS Connect for Integrating with Kyriba REST Endpoints¶

The integration between IFS Cloud and Kyriba Treasury Management Solution uses APIs to connect multiple systems with ease and introduces an array of features that have the potential to change how businesses handle their finances. Accordingly, this integration leads to more efficient financial operations, agility, and strategic decision-making, with an emphasis on improving cash forecasting, liquidity management, and payment operations.

The visibility of the Kyriba features will depend on the availability of the SKU “IFS Cloud Kyriba Connector” and the component “KYRCON”.

IFS Connect for Integrating Cash Planning with Kyriba REST Endpoints¶

The purpose of this is to provide a guide on how to configure IFS Connect for integrating Cash Planning with Kyriba REST endpoints. Cash Planning provides capabilities to analyze, plan and consolidate future cash flows within a project, a company, or a group of companies. . The ambition of integrating Cash Planning with Kyriba is to be able to re-use as much information as possible from existing cash flow sources within IFS Cloud and minimize manual processes.

IFS Connect for Importing GL vouchers transferred from Kyriba to IFS Cloud¶

The purpose of this is to provide a guide on how to configure IFS Connect for importing GL Vouchers transferred from Kyriba to IFS Cloud. The import is either triggered from Accounting Rules/Voucher/External Voucher/Kyriba Voucher Load Information or as a Scheduled Database Task. Each import (Application Message) will be represented by a record in the Kyriba Voucher Load Information page.

IFS Connect for Integrating Payments with Kyriba REST Endpoints¶

The purpose with this is to provide a guide on how to configure IFS Connect for integrating outbound and inbound payments with Kyriba REST endpoints. Kyriba is a treasury management system which acts as an intermediary facilitating the transfer of ISO20022 file and CAMT file in between IFS ERP and Banks. Kyriba provides REST endpoints to be accessed by IFS connect to provide these services.
