At IFS, we aim to make your user experience smooth and easy to use. To achieve this, we use advanced tools to understand how you interact with our software.

IFS Cloud’s Behavior Analytics captures anonymous user interaction data, providing valuable insights that allow us to continuously enhance the platform. By enabling this feature, IFS can better understand how users navigate and interact with the system, helping IFS to identify areas for improvement and optimize future updates. All data is collected securely and remains completely anonymous—no sensitive information is ever exposed, and IFS teams are unable to view any user-entered data. Only behavioral patterns are tracked. This feature is enabled by default.

Note: The data retention period for platform enhancement purposes is 12 months. After this period, data will be automatically deleted.
