Configuring Analog Gauge Elements

"Analog Gauge Elements" are used when you need a quick and intuitive way to visualize the progress and status of key processes. Following configuration sections are specific for "Analog Gauge Elements".

Data

Connect and configure a data source created by using "DataSource Designer"

Note: You can navigate to the selected data source by clicking the navigation button (Navigation)

Property Description
Data Source Select an available data source from the "Datasource" drop down menu
Column Select appropriate column to be used from "Column" dropdown menu
Aggregate Select the aggregation type from the "Aggregate" dropdown menu
Matrix_Element_Aggregate
Refresh Interval (Seconds) Define data refresh intervals in "seconds".

Formatting

Add additional formatting to the source data from the "Formatting" section.

Property Description
Display Null Value As Select how to display null value (no records) from the "Display Null Value As" dropdown menu. (-) or (0)
Element Text Add a footer text at the bottom of the element
Show Range Labels Display the initial and final values next to the
Use K,M,B (Only available when you select "Show Value" option)
Select this option to configure the display of counter values as a product of the following suffixes.
K = 1,000 (eg. 2.3 K = 2300)
M = 1,000,000
B = 1,000,000,000
Round Result Rounds the state gauge value according to the number of decimal places selected
Note: When you select this option, you will be prompted with an additional field to add the number of decimal points you wish to display

Show As Percent Show the analog gauge value as a percentage

Conditional Formatting

Use the conditional formatting section to define the value ranges for each sector of the analog gauge.

Property Description
Ranges Possible to define ranges for indicators and scale. Ranges may be defined by fixed values entered in free text or by dynamic values fetched from columns chosen from the Data Source.
