Pre Manual Steps¶
These are the required client steps to be performed before the main upgrade has been executed.

| Salary Revision Requests | During an upgrade from IFS Cloud 23R1 to IFS Cloud 23R2, it is recommended to process and complete all the ongoing Salary Revision Requests. Failed to do that would result in adding the required Approvers and Authorizers manually after the upgrade in order to go forward with the pending Salary Revision Requests. This is due to the enhanced Approval Configuration functionality for Salary Revision Requests in IFS Cloud 23R2. To find the pending Salary Revision Requests, go to the Salary Revision Requests page and filter the records with the Statuses of Preliminary, Confirmed, Approval in Progress, Approved, Authorized, Acknowledged and Change Requested. |
